Plain language terms for the LRT course and Feedback Sessions.

1. Course access

Your purchase gives you access to the course for as long as it is offered.

2. Materials

Course materials are for your personal use only. Downloads are switched off. Please do not copy, share or resell them.

3. Feedback Sessions

  • Each session is feedback on one essay, up to 30 minutes. It is not a lesson on new material.
  • Send your essay at least 24 hours before your session.
  • You receive a short summary of three bullet points afterwards.
  • You may record the session. The tutor keeps their camera off; yours can be off too.
  • I may use Calendly Notetaker, an AI tool, to record and transcribe sessions and to help prepare your written summary. You will be told in your booking confirmation. If you would rather I did not, tell me before your session and I will switch it off.

4. Credits

Credits are valid for 6 months from purchase, are personal to you and cannot be transferred. Credits are not refundable once used or expired.

5. Late essays and cancellations

  • Less than 12 hours' notice: the credit is forfeited and the session cancelled, unless we have discussed it beforehand.
  • 12 to 24 hours' notice: the session may need to be rescheduled.

6. Launch offer

The first 10 students receive a bonus Feedback Session valued at $45. It follows the same credit terms above.

7. No guarantee of results

LRT supports your preparation but cannot guarantee any GAMSAT score or admission outcome. LR Tuition is independent and not affiliated with ACER. GAMSAT is a registered trademark of ACER.

8. Payments and refunds

Course purchases are non-refundable once you have been given access, because the course is a digital product and Week 1 is free to try beforehand. Unused Feedback Session credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy and emails

We use your details to run your course and sessions and to send course emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Read our Privacy Policy.
